李有仁教授简介：

    李有仁博士(Eldon Y. Li),台湾基隆人，现职国立政治大学信息管理学系之大学讲座教授，兼系主任。他毕业于台湾之国立政治大学国际贸易学系(1971/9 - 1975/6)，并取得美国德州理工大学之管理信息系统硕士(1977/9 - 1978/12)与信息系统暨数量科学博士(1979/1 - 1982/5)学位。他在美国拥有信息教师与生产暨存货管理之两种执照，曾经担任美国中小企业管理处之管理顾问、美国 IBM Corp. 之客座软件科学家、以及美国 Bechtel Corp.之软件质量专家。他曾在国内外期刊及年会上发表了二百多篇有关于信息科技之规划与人文影响、软件工程、服务创新、电子商务、营销信息系统、与质量管理等之论文。他的文章出现于Communications of the ACM, Computers & Education, Information & Management, Internet Research, Journal of Association for Information Systems, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Organization, Research Policy 等一流期刊上。他曾于美国Quality Assurance Institute期刊(2次)、台湾「中山管理评论」、「信息与教育」期刊、以及美国华人企管教授学会之年会上，五度获得第一名论文奖。他并于1995年及2004年两次荣获台湾之「国科会杰出研究奖」，以及1996年国立中正大学之服务与贡献荣誉奖章。 2003年年终荣获财团法人徐有庠先生纪念基金会颁赠第二届有庠杰出教授奖。

    李教授目前是英国International Journal of Electronic Business (IJEB)、International Journal of Information and Computer Security (IJICS)、International Journal of Information Systems and Management (IJISAM)、International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management (IJIEM)、International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising (IJIMA)、 International Journal of Technology Policy and Law (IJTPL) 之创办人兼总编辑。并担任美国Idea Group Publisher之Advances in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and E-Services (AMCRMES) 之丛书创办人兼总编辑，台湾之「资管评论」国际版( MIS Review: An International Journal )之创办人兼总编辑，荷兰Information & Management、美国Journal of Management Systems、美国 International Journal of Management Theory and Practice之编辑委员、台湾之「信息管理学报」( Journal of Information Management)总编辑、以及「电子商务学报」(Journal of e-Business)之编辑委员。
